Lift Lower Block-LLB4-040-A
Description
Description
Lift Lower blocks serve as a compact hydraulic system designed to manage single acting cylinders, typically found on stackers and scissor lifts. These blocks provide a comprehensive solution for raising and safely lowering loads while ensuring the protection of the pump, cylinder, and personnel.
Operation
Once the power pack is switched on, the pump flow is directed to the hydraulic cylinders, extending them to lift the load. When the required height is reached, the power pack is switched off and the check and poppet valves together provide a leak-proof hold for the cylinders. To lower the load, the solenoid coil is energized, opening the fluid path to the tank and allowing the cylinders to retract. The lowering speed is controlled by the flow control valve.
The shut-off valve is used to lower the load during a power failure or in an emergency situation.
Features
- Application: for simple, load dependent lift-lowering controls. e.g. Scissor lifts, Goods Lifts, Small forklifts and Stackers.
- Load dependent lowering of the lifted load via 2/2 solenoid poppet valve with adjustable needle valve.
- LLB manifolds for the lift & lowering are tailored to the varied demands of the lifting technology sector.
- Permitted load is safeguarded by a built-in pressure relief valve.
- Built-in check valve prevents uncontrolled lowering.
- Shut-off valve is provided to lower the load during a power failure or in an emergency situation.
